You will have to read this pretty carefully to see what all I replaced and repaired during the initial restoration and while making some of the later modifications.
The coach had 32,897 miles on the odometer when I changed the instrument panel and the Cummins engine and transmission had 52,000 miles on them. The new instrument panel has 18,391 miles showing on the odometer for a total of 51,288 miles on the coach and 70,391 on the engine and transmission.

Engine: xxxx Dodge 5.9 Turbo Diesel with Banks Git Kit, K&N air filter, and 4 inch exhaust system yielding an estimated power gain of 50 HP and 135 Ft.Lb. torque. Other additions are a coolant filter, digital instrument cluster, vacuum gauge to monitor the vacuum pump  which supplies vacuum to the power brakes, a boost gauge to monitor turbocharger per boost pressure, and a pyrometer to monitor the exhaust gas temperatures.

Fuel System: As best I can figure from measuring the tank it holds about 75 gallons. I added an auxiliary electric fuel pump near he tank and use it to quickly "bleed"  the fuel filter when I change it and when draining the extra "fuel scrubber" near it. Another use for it is if the fuel delivery pump on the engine should fail I can switch two fuel lines near the filter and run the coach on the electric pump.

Transmission: Totally stock with fluid change to full synthetic fluid. It has two coolers. First in line is an original Dodge/Cummins oil to water cooler and the second is a B&M oil to air cooler good for 28,000 lbs. GVW. The cooling lines and fittings are heavy duty steel braided industrial hydraulic hose like used on heavy equipment hydraulic systems, backhoes etc. The transmission is a three speed automatic with overdrive and converter lock-up. I have toggle switched the OD and Lockup and have total control over them. You start off in drive like normal and when you you have a speed of  between 40 and 50 MPH you switch on the OD and anywhere from 50 to 60 MPH switch on the Lockup. Reverse the order when slowing to 40 MPH or less.

Suspension & tires: Heavy duty Gabriel shock absorbers on rear, new Monroe HDs up front, Steer Safe steering stabilizers on front axle, air lift kit on rear. Tires have about 6,000 miles on them and I had balancing powder installed when new. that stuff works much better than conventional balancing with wheel weights and have provided the best balancing job I ever had on any vehicle.

I installed a new 30 gallon water tank and plumbed it so it can be filled by attaching a
garden hose on the outside of the rig. I placed the tank fill and city water connections
side by side and also installed a vent and a drain on it. I also rigged a small tank and
valves so you don't have to put any anti-freeze in the water tank while winterizing the
coach.

The coach has a CB radio with Firestick antenna cleanly mounted outside, the AM
FM antena is completely hidden, I wired extra DC outlets under the folding table and
one pus a GPS mount pad handy to the driver, and both sides of the coach are wired for  roof mount antenna/dish and cable TV.

It has a trailer hitch that looks to have been built to pull a freight train and would handle any trailer and load you would ever want to tow and an electronic trailer brake controller. I have gotten 14 MPG at 67 MPH while towing a xxxx GMC Safari van on 18 foot steel floored dovetail trailer and 16 MPG with no trailer at 65 MPH on the first trip after I installed the Cummins engine.

There are some things I forgot to list while I did them, minor expenses on things you hardly notice until you add them all up and say, Wow!

The generator runs good and works good but burns some oil. Since we use it only for
only short periods of time it has served us well and I never bothered to fix that but I did
fix it's oil leaks a couple of years before the oil burning showed up.

The water heater works but makes the water stink so we don't use it.

One bathroom wall needs a wall covering replaced.
Both air conditioners and everything else in the coach works fine.

It is located inside the fenced lot of King Bros. automotive Hwy 61 East
in Jackson, MO. That is is mile West on Hwy 61 from Exit 99 of I-55.
